    I was generally out of shape and I was worried about my health declining because of my weight. I enjoy the variety we get from session to session. I feel challenged during the session but very accomplished when it’s finished. I’ve learned more about overall health and how many different pieces go into helping you achieve your fitness goals. Not only have I lost weight and inches, but I feel more comfortable and confident in my skin because I also know I’m stronger mentally and physically. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey and know I will be successful with Ali by my side.

    Mentally, I used to have panic attacks often and hardly sleep. I rarely have panic attacks even when faced with stressful situations. I get plenty of sleep. Physically, I have more confidence to put on a bathing suit. My clothes look like a bigger person has stretched them out, I feel so excited to put on smaller sized clothing. For years I thought cardio alone would get me more in shape, I have learned lifting weights has given me faster results and it is easier to maintain than hopping on a treadmill daily. Ali is also progressive and not harsh on someone who hasn’t worked out in years.

When I first started training with Ali I weighed maybe 120 lbs I'm now up to 141 lbs the most I've ever weighed in my life thank you Ali for the inspiration and motivation. You motivated me to push myself.

    Absolutely the best decision I could have made for myself. Ali has been so helpful and supportive towards my weight loss goals. She has a heart of gold and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the results. She’s affordable. She’s a great personal trainer. I highly recommend her!!! Five stars.     Joined one of Ali’s small group classes about 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! On top of losing weight and visibly seeing results, I feel so much better overall. She supports you in all aspects of your journey from modifying exercises as needed, discussing how food plays into your fitness, and pushing you to get better and stronger. I actually missed her classes when she went on vacation!

    Ali has been a godsend for me. I have severe early onset osteoarthritis that necessitates replacement of both hips and knees. When I started with her a year ago, my flexibility was severely limited, I couldn’t get up from a low chair without using my upper body, and lifting light weights with my upper body left me with a tension headache for days. My progress really can’t be expressed properly in words, but I can say that at 53 years old, I am close to lifting as much as I was in the army at age 20. I feel strong and look strong. I have visible muscles in my back, my butt has lifted, and my quads have grown tremendously despite being limited by my knee and hip pain.
